Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu airport. Transfer to Hotel and Evening welcom Dinner.
After arrival and customs clearance in kathmandu airport. You’ll be met by the Plan Nepal tour representative at airport terminal who will be holding Plan Nepal Travel and Tours signboard with your name. we would offer you a warm Nepalese welcome and transferred to Hotel. In evening there will be welcome dinner hosted by Plan Nepal tour. we offer you a welcome dinner in one of the finest cultural restaurant in nepal which will introduce you to the country's food. If you arrive late in the evening we can do this next day. Overnight at Hotel in kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu (1,338 m/4,390 ft): Morning Yoga, Kathmandu Valley sightseeing, Trek preparation.
Early Morning relaxing Yoga class led by your experience instructor. After breakfast we start a guided tour to several medieval and historical sites in Kathmandu valley. we will explore the historical place Bhaktapur the best cultural and historical place. later on, we will explore boudhanath, the largest stupa in south Asia.The Bouddha area is a visual feast. Colorful thangkas, jewellery, hand-woven carpets, and khukuri knives are sold in the surrounding stalls. Pashupatinath temple one of the best hindu temple and Swoyambhunath. Later after sightseeing tour, we will introduce you with your trekking guide and have a small pre-trip meeting. You can also take this opportunity to hire or buy any trekking equipment or bargain for your souvenirs at market. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 03 : Morning Yoga and Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara 6-7 hours via River Rafting.
After your Morning Yoga and breakfast at the hotel, 6 hrs Drive to Pokhara about 200km on the way Rafting at Trishuli river and also Encounter with scenery of River, forest and countryside. Check in to the Hotel. After a time, Walk around Lakeside and take a boat ride on fewa lake with stop at the Barahi Temple. Roaming around the lake side with the colourful bazars, Coffe shops. If you prefer, we can practice yognidra session for relaxation and deep sleep. Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 04 : Morning Yoga, Pokhara to Tikhedhunga (1540m) 4-5 hrs walk.
After your Morning Yoga and breakfast at the hotel, We will take short drive to Nayapul, Trekking start point. Within short walk, one can cross suspension bridge. After that, follows up bank of Modi River to Birethanti. From there mountain trail leads through bamboo forest and passes a large waterfall-summing hole. The trail stays on the north bank of Bhurundi River to Bajagara. Watching Local Villages, great scenery we reach Tikhedhunga where we will spend that night in a lodge. You can either have your yoga class inside the lodge room or outside wherever you prefer. The first day is quite easy just to get trekking experience. Overnight at Lodge in Tikhedhunga.
Day 05 : Morning Yoga, Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani (2870m) 5-6 hrs walk. Evening: Relaxation.
After breakfast and Morning Yoga, Today We prepare ourselves for a long trek of 3200 stone steps towards Ulleri. From the place of Hile, after a short walk the trail crosses a steam on suspension bridge and leads the climb very steeply on a stone staircase. It leads continuously steep to the large village of Uleri at 2070m. From there one can see first eye catching mountain views of Annapurna south (7219m), Himchuli (6440m) and Fishtail (6996m). After that, the trail leads through deep magnificent oak and Rhododendron forest up to Ghorepani (2850m). Evening take relax or if you prefer You can either have your yoga class inside the lodge room or outside wherever you prefer. Overnight at Ghorepani.
Day 06 : Morning Yoga, Ghorepani to Poon Hill (3210m) to Tadapani (2710m) 6-7 hrs walk. Evening: Relaxation or Yoga.
We will wake up before sunrise and hike up to Poon Hill for the sunrise and mountain view. Walking time takes about 1½ hour to the top. From the Poonhill, one can see view of Sunrise and breath taking mountains views such as Dhaulagiri , Nilgiri, Annapurna I, and Annapurna south, Himchuli, Annapurna III, Fishtail, Annapurna IV, and Annapurna II and so on. You can have your morning Yoga in Poonhill watching sunrise and Himalayan range. After Poonhill, ascends to Ghorepani from there to Tadapani (2590m). Mountain trail leads several times ascending and descending. It passes several villages through oak and Rhododendron forest. Walking times takes approximately 6 hours. After your evening Yoga session you will be at Tadapani lodge.
Day 07 : Morning Yoga, Tadapani to Ghandruk (1940m) Evening: Relaxation or Yoga.
After morning Yoga and breakfast, we begins our Journey to Ghandruk village. Trail leads to Ghandruk from Tadapani all the way of descends and flat through the oak and Rhododendron Forest. Walking time takes about 3 hours, We will have our lunch in Ghandruk and after lunch we will go around the Ghandruk village to explore the people, culture, Tradition, lifestyle and also visit a Museum. After your evening Yoga session you will be at Ghandruk lodge.
Day 08 : Morning Yoga, Ghandruk to Nayapul (1070m) to Pokhara. Evening: Relaxation or Yoga.
After morning Yoga and breakfast, we will have our last yoga in Himalayas. At the place of Ghandrug trail leads to Nayapul, the route almost descending and flat through the bank of Modi River and passes several villages such as Kimle, Shyauli Bazzar, and Birethani and comes Nayapul. Walking times takes about 5 hours. At Nayapul vehicle will be waiting for us and will ride back to Pokhara. You will have evening yoga class in Pokhara. Overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 09 : Morning Yoga, Fly Pokhara to Kathmandu (25 Minutes Flight).
After morning Yoga and breakfast, Drive to Pokhara Airport for your Kathmandu flight. Upon arrival pick up at the airport and back to Kathamndu hotel. Free time on your own for taking rest, shopping for your stroll around street of thamel or visit dreams of garden. Evening we will farewell dinner To celebrate the successful completion of our journey, Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 10: Transfer to the airport for final departure from Kathmandu.
We will exchange our good-byes and now you will be leaving Nepal with all the good memories and unforgettable Experience.
